⁀➷ My Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
⁀➷ By purchasing any of my services, you automatically agree to the following conditions. Failure to comply with my terms will result in an automatic refusal on my end for your commission.
⁀➷ DO NOT use my art for AI purposes and alike, NFT usage, or any sites that may compromise my work.
⁀➷ If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact me through Discord or Twitter.USER AGREEMENT
⁀➷ By commissioning me, you have agree that you have read and accepted all te terms described herein.
⁀➷ You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.
⁀➷ Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely.

CLIENT
⁀➷ As the client, you are expected to first read my TOS and agree to them before going forward with the Commission.
⁀➷ You may display my work on any of your sites as long as it is linked back to any of my own sites with proper credits.
⁀➷ You may not claim my work as your own, edit them (unless we have agreed on this beforehand), and trace over my Artwork in anyway to reuse as a base.ARTIST
⁀➷ I reserve the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon, (eg. posting on my Carrd, Twitter, or Etsy).
⁀➷ I reserve the right to reject your commission for a reasonable reason.
⁀➷ I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I am suddenly unable to complete your commission.
⁀➷ I will not resell any of the work I have done for you, whether it is an emote, or a character design.
⁀➷ I can communicate with you fluently in English or Indonesian.COMMERCIAL USAGE AGREEMENT
⁀➷ If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.
⁀➷ The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, Cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards, etc).
⁀➷ I will charge an additional 50% increase of my normal commission prices for all the instances above. Do reach out if you have any questions on whether or not your use of my artwork falls under this categoryPRICING AND PAYMENT
⁀➷ I am not responsible for any mistakes on your part over the course of the transaction
⁀➷ All of my prices are USD unless stated otherwise.
⁀➷ Payment of the artwork can be done via Paypal, Ko-Fi, an Etsy listing. For Canadians, I can offer local bank transfer.
⁀➷ Note that payments using Paypal will cost the commissioner an additional +5% of the total commission
⁀➷ The Client must send me the full payment after the sketch is approved. I am willing to discuss a payment plan if needed.
⁀➷ Prices of my artwork is not up for debate. I may offer a discount for huge orders, but this is not a guarantee.
⁀➷ I reserve the right to increase my price due to complex character designs, difficult poses, etc.REFUNDS
⁀➷ I will only do a refund if I were the one to cancel the project.
⁀➷ If you, the Client, want to cancel the project midway, depending on how far along we are, I will only refund the following amount;
Sketch: 80%
Lined: 50%
Colored: 30%
Rendered: No refund
⁀➷ You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.QUEUE / WORK SPEED / DEADLINES
⁀➷ Please note that I am currently a university student with prior engagements as well. I will keep you updated on my progress, but please understand if I do not respond to your inquiries as quickly as you'd like. I will always answer any inquiries within 1-2 business days.
⁀➷ My timezone is PST, I will only be answering messages between 10 am - 10 pm PST.
⁀➷ You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to payment.
⁀➷ You reserve to be notified of any delays
⁀➷ Depending on the commission, the amount of artwork you have requested, and other prior commissions I may have, I will take from 1 weeks up to a month to finish your request. You can check my progress over on my Trello.
⁀➷ I do offer a Rush Fee if you need your artwork to be prioritized over my other works. They are at least +25% of the commission though it may vary depending on the project and timeframe provided.REVISION AND FEEDBACK
⁀➷ I will send you a sketch to approve before you send the full payment.
⁀➷ You are eligible of up to 3 revisions on the sketch phase before I start charging you a fee for further revision.
⁀➷ In the absence of clear feedback from the client, any changes to the final piece will be subject to a fee.
⁀➷ I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.Thank you for reading until the end :) I hope to work with you soon!
